Application
1. Working Principles
Add metal chips into lower mold, then press the button under continuous working state. The main pressing cylinder carries out pre-pressing for material. When the pressing force arrives at a certain level, the main pressing cylinder carries out a full pressing for material in order to make the material into compact cylinder blocks. Then main pressing cylinder is unloaded. The pushing cylinder turns back and opens the lower mold chamber. The main pressing cylinder continues to advance and push bale out of the mold chamber. Then, it turns back. When bale is pushed out, the mold chamber is closed. The vertical briquette press continues to add material into the mold chamber. The main pressing head continues to press material. It works continuously like this.
1. Under a continuous working state, you should only press the button once, then the vertical briquette press will working continuously.
2. Under a single working state, if you press button once, the vertical briquette press will execute one working cycle.
3. Under a short-time working state, if you press one action button once, this action will be carried out for one time. Generally, it will be used during test run.
